Web Style Guide
The U-M wordmark was originally developed when the U-M Gateway was redesigned in 2005.
Colors
Web equivalent suggestions for the official wordmark colors of PMS 294 and PMS 7406 are as follows:
 Yellow #F6D565 |
 Blue #3A5E8C |
For the Hospital and Health System, please use:
 Yellow #FFCC33 |
 Blue #000066 |
Again, as with print colors, other maize and blue color palettes may be used.

Placement
While there are no hard and fast rules about website logo placement, you should keep in mind web conventions and user expectations when designing new sites. Logos generally appear in the upper left-hand corner, and they are generally clickable back to the homepage of your website.
Sometimes the wordmark may not be your primary logo; in this case it can be placed elsewhere on the page, for example, at the bottom of the page. Whatever its position, the U-M wordmark should be clickable back to http://www.umich.edu/ or http://www.med.umich.edu.
